Lake Forest, IL, February 28, 2019 – Fram Group, a leader in North American vehicle-replacement parts for the car-care market, is pleased to announce that its FRAM® filters and Autolite® spark plugs brands have renewed their sponsorship with DeLand, FL-based Racers Edge Motorsports. Specifically, FRAM and Autolite products will be used to outfit the team’s new Acura NSX GT3 Evo racing vehicle scheduled to compete in the 2019 Blancpain GT World Challenge America championship.

This sponsorship is the continuation of a successful collaboration between Fram Group and Racers Edge Motorsports that dates back to 2016. Since that time, Racers Edge Motorsports has secured 10 World Challenge GT4 wins. MBRP Performance Exhaust and Honda Performance Development (HPD) will be joining Fram Group in this year’s partnership with Racers Edge Motorsports.

Piloting the Acura NSX GT3 Evo racing vehicle this season will be Canadian driving duo Kyle Marcelli and Martin Barkey. Marcelli and Barkey are both veterans of past Racers Edge GT World Challenge America campaigns.

The first race of the 2019 Blancpain GT World Challenge America championship takes place on March 1-3 at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX.
